1. All information gathered from our dealings with fabrication orders are used strictly for our reference and would not be passed on to any third party. 2. In the
case where passing information is necessary to facilitate sub-contracting
jobs to relevant party, we will inform our customer of such action. 4. Jentek Technology, agrees to not sell, rent or in anyway disclose customer information for our benefits in any kind. We understand the importance of such action and consequences towards privacy of user.
1. Request for a redo on your PCB E-mail mark.huang@jtk.com.tw with a complain about the flaw. A digital photo showing the flaw would also be helpful. This should be done within the first week upon receiving the PCB. When a request is agreed - we will fabricate and ship another set for you within 48 hours at no additional charge. 2. Request for a 100% refund Within the first week - e-mail sales with intention of returning the PCB for a refund. All returns must satisfy these conditions

1. All engineering data passed on to us would be treated as confidential information and would protected as such. 2. In the case where passing information is necessary to facilitate sub-contracting jobs, we would request for advice prior to doing so. 3. Jentek Technology, agrees to, within all its capability
to protect all engineering data submitted to us and to not disclose these
data under any circumstances.
This is to avoid abusing our services by requesting a refund for PCB after the user figured he/she made a mistake on the design. We think it is fair that upon receipt, you can inspect the quality of our PCBs and if you find it unsuitable for your needs, just ship it back to us for a refund. Can I send back the PCB using conventional mail? Yes, we only examine the postmarked date of the mailing. So it can arrive 2 months later, but as long as it is postmarked a week after receipt, it is valid for a refund. We know the date of receipt on user side from FedEx tracking information. Do I need an RMA# or anything for reference? Just e-mail mark.huang@jtk.com.tw with your intention to return the PCB for refund. Please quote the Order Number as reference to the job. How is refund processed? We will credit back the amount to your Credit Card. And because of this, only Credit Card orders can be refunded
