Gerber RS-274-X

Bare minimum requirements

  • Top Layer
  • Bottom Layer
  • Excellon NC Drill File

Additional files if optional features are requested or free as part of a package

  • Top Soldermask
  • Bottom Soldermask
  • Top Silkscreen
  • Bottom Silkscreen

We prefer Gerber RS-274-X over the older RS-274-D format where aperture file is required. If submitting RS-274-D files, please state the software that generated it..

Direct Accept CAD format

If you use one of the following CAD software for your PCB layout, we will accept the software's file format directly.

  • Cadsoft EAGLE (BRD)

  • Protel SE (PCB and DDB)

  • Protel Autotrax/Easytrax (PCB)

  • PADS PowerPCB (PCB)

  • Orcad Layout (MAX)

  • Ivex Winboard PCB (BRD)

Gerber and drill files would be generated in-house at no additional charge. Submission by your CAD format is always preferred over Gerber submissions. It allows us to work at much faster pace as we have can standardize on file specifications.

Cadsoft EAGLE Support Files

Files below can be used in CadSoft EAGLE 4.0x.

Design Rule File  Download

This file has settings suitable for auto-routing according to our design rules. 

CAM Processor File Download

This file has the preferred configuration for Gerber and Drill generation suitable for our manufacturing setup.
