About Panelizing Panelizing is a method of utilizing an allocated panel space by arraying the same design over many repetitions within the boundary of allocated space. Please add Readme.txt When Ordering To better describe your panelizing requirement. Please fill us in on the following
|
When I panelize a single layout, do I need to submit a panelized CAD files? No. For arraying a single layout we prefer to do it in-house. This is done free as our software can easily array the design and we have better control over the panelizing rules. Do you cut up (depanelize) the smaller PCBs when I panelize? Yes, we do depanelize for panelized PCBs. Below is our rate chart for depanelizing (cutting it apart)
If I choose to accept the panel as whole (uncut), is the above depanelization rates applicable? No. Depanelization charges only applicable if user request us to depanelize the PCBs. Can I merge multiple designs into 1 panel and get the volume discount when ordering more panels? Yes. An additional USD 8.00 setup per design is applicable. For example, if you would like to have 3 designs per panel, an additional USD 16.00 is applicable for merging the additional 2 designs. Do you depanelize customer merged layout ? No, we will not depanelize user merged layout. When we receive user merged layout we will treat it as once piece. If you need the boards depanelized, please submit as separate designs.
